Ingredients:
• Halibut fillet, olive oil, Wild & Fresh Seafood Rub (1 tablespoon/piece)
• Start by preheating the oven to 350°F.
• Marinate fish fillet with Wild & Fresh Seafood Rub and oil. Place on a roasting pan skin-side down. Lightly sprinkle more seasoning on top as desired.
• Roast fish for 10-15 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145°F is achieved and texture appears flaky when touched with a fork.
• Garnish with your favourite fresh herb.
